Magnetica: Women’s Retreat
Your sanctuary.
Magnetica is a week-long immersive retreat for women in technology who are navigating high growth, high pressure, and a deeper internal shift.
From the outside, things are working.
You’re building, leading, delivering.
But internally, something is changing.
A pull toward a different way of operating.
One that doesn’t rely on force, overextension, or constant output.
Magnetica is designed as a reset for your nervous system and your leadership.
A space to step out of the pace of the industry and reconnect with the part of you that sees clearly, moves precisely, and doesn’t burn out in the process.
We explore what it means to lead from a regulated, embodied state. This is not about slowing down your ambition.
It’s about expanding your capacity to hold it.
You’ll be surrounded by women in tech who are building at a high level—and choosing to do it differently.
for the woman who
She operates at a high level, but she’s no longer willing to override her body to keep up.
She cares about how she feels: in her body, her environment, her life, because she knows that’s where her clarity and power come from.
She has a big vision, and she’s learning that force isn’t what gets her there.
She’s at a turning point.
Personally or professionally—and she’s not available to go back to who she was to make others comfortable.
She values depth, honesty, and real connection.
She’s craving creativity, beauty, and aliveness. She’s here to elevate how she lives, how she leads, and how she relates to herself and others.
She knows she’s not here to play small—and she’s ready to be in rooms that reflect that.

❋ Nourishing Chef-Prepared Meals
Enjoy locally sourced meals prepared by a private chef, designed to support gut health, vitality, and deep nourishment throughout the retreat. Dairy-free, Gluten-free. Seed-oil free.
❋ digital detox
For a set period during the retreat, we step away from devices, notifications, and external input. Most women in tech are operating in a constant stream of information, decisions, and subtle pressure.
Over time, this fragments attention and disconnects you from your own internal signal.
❋ Breathwork, meditation & Yoga
Each day begins with gentle movement and breath practices that reconnect you with your body, regulate your nervous system, and cultivate presence.
❋ Nature excursion
Immerse yourself in one of the most biodiverse regions in Costa Rica. Wake up to the sound of howling monkeys, take daily ocean plunges, and end your days with golden sunsets over the water. We’ll hike through the jungle to hidden waterfalls, explore tide pools along the coast, and spend as much time as possible outdoors.
❋ Group workshops
Each day includes a guided group workshop focused on somatic and emotional exploration, led by our two experienced facilitators. Through carefully designed practices and conversation, these sessions help you reconnect with your body, process insights, and deepen the themes of feminine leadership and magnetism explored throughout the retreat.
❋ Community
Each retreat is thoughtfully curated. The women who gather here are already on a path of growth. They are builders, leaders, and creatives who feel called to live and lead with more depth and intention. Magnetica attracts women who are willing to invest in themselves, think expansively, and support one another in meaningful ways.

On this day we focus on nourishing your body. Through guided practices, movement, and time to reset your nervous system, we begin by reconnecting with your physical vessel.
-
After opening the physical body, we go deeper into the emotional body.
This day is focused on identifying and clearing stored emotional patterns that may be unconsciously shaping your day to day life.
-
A day for expansion.
We shift from releasing into creating. Tuning into what you want to manifest and aligning your energy, choices, and direction with it. This is where new possibilities begin to take form.
-
A day for joy, play, and connection.
Unstructured time to explore, have fun, and create meaningful relationships with the women in the group.

We close our final day with a family breakfast!

honored to be your host.
Hi, I’m Michelle Florez.
If you’ve arrived here, it’s not by accident. Whether you’ve worked with me, followed my work, or felt drawn to something I’ve shared, there’s a reason you found your way into this space.
Over the past five years, I’ve facilitated thousands of hours of breathwork and hosted 19 retreats. Alongside this, I’ve worked closely with founders and women in tech, including inside high-performance environments like HF0 Residency and with early-stage founders from Y Combinator.
After coaching hundreds of founders and women in tech, I began to notice a pattern.
On the surface, everything was working.
They were building, leading, and executing at a high level.
But underneath, there was a quiet disconnection.
From their bodies.
From their intuition.
From the feminine power.
The pace of the industry rewards output, responsiveness, and constant engagement.
And over time, it can pull you further away from your own internal signal.
As we move deeper into an era shaped by AI and accelerated innovation, this only intensifies.
Which is why, now more than ever, we need a different way of leading.
For the first chapter of my work, I focused on men. I spent three years leading men’s work and hosting quarterly retreats in Austin, supporting over 100 men in their inner work, leadership, and emotional depth.
Over time, I felt a clear shift. A pull to begin serving women.
Not as a departure from my work with men, but as a natural expansion of it.
Holding space for men has deepened my understanding of relational dynamics, polarity, and leadership. It has shaped the way I now hold space for women.
This retreat is especially meaningful to me. It is my first international women’s retreat and marks a new chapter in my work devoted to the rise of feminine leadership.
I believe we are entering a time where women are being called to lead, create, and live from a deeper place of truth.
My intention is to create spaces that support that emergence.
Let’s create something powerful together.
THE SPACE
Perched above the jungle, our retreat space offers sweeping views that blend seamlessly with the horizon. The open-air design invites ocean breezes to move freely through the spaces, providing natural cooling that feels effortless and deeply connected to the environment.
An infinity pool nestled in the treetops becomes your private retreat, while the rooftop spa and yoga deck offer a front-row seat to vivid sunsets and endless starlit skies. Just a short walk from the quiet shores of Hermosa Beach.

CHEFtaylor wild
A chef, holistic nutritionist, and vocal artist, our retreat chef creates experiences that nourish far beyond the plate. Her cooking philosophy — rooted in what she calls "The Vagal Table" — blends nutrient-dense, bio-harmonically curated menus with an understanding of how food and ritual directly affect the nervous system. Each meal is intentionally designed to move the body out of stress and into a state of ease, clarity, and presence. Grounded in what she calls the "Hearth Strategy," she brings a deeply feminine, nourishing quality to everything she creates — making meals feel like ceremony, and the table feel like home.
