Inner Space is a 4-day weekend experience in the redwood forest for you to connect to your body, clear a murky mind, and soften your nervous system in a time when life is asking more of you.
We are being invited into a deeper level of self-leadership, in our work, in our relationships, and in the way we inhabit our own bodies.
This retreat is designed as a full-body de-armoring, a space where you can release what you have been holding as you navigate this season, and return to a more grounded, clear, and steady way of being.

A guided breathwork practice to soften the body and shift your internal state.
Michelle specializes in downregulating breathwork modalities, blending kundalini-inspired rituals with a grounded, somatic approach. Her work supports you in accessing altered states of consciousness in a gentle, safe, and integrated way.

A guided group sauna experience by the ocean.
Through cycles of heat and cold, the body softens, the mind clears, and the nervous system resets. A grounded practice to release tension and return to a more balanced state

A guided hike through the redwoods of Northern California.
Moving through fern-filled forests and past waterfalls, this is time to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with the quiet intelligence of nature.

Peter’s teaching blends mobility, stability, and traditional asana to help you build a deeper relationship with your body. Each session is both grounding and challenging, designed to refine your movement, focus your mind, and connect you to your breath.

Michelle Florez is a 400-hour certified breathwork teacher and somatic executive coach supporting disruptive founders and leaders in AI, crypto, deep tech, and longevity through the zero-to-one phase. She guides them into emotional, intuitive, and energetic clarity through breathwork and nervous system regulation, helping them build paradigm-shifting companies rooted in coherence and deep alignment so performance and joy can move in tandem.

Peter Bartesch is a Bay Area–based yoga teacher whose work is rooted in movement, philosophy, and lived practice. With a background in wrestling, strength training, and years of study in yoga and meditation, he brings a balanced approach that integrates strength, mobility, and awareness.
His teaching centers on the body as a portal into different states of energy and presence, guiding students to build a deeper relationship with themselves through practice.

THE SPACE
Set within 27 acres of coastal redwoods in Mendocino, Spirit Camp Retreat Center is a nature-immersed retreat space designed for connection, reflection, and renewal. Thoughtfully designed cabins, shared spaces, and forest trails create a setting where you can slow down, reconnect, and settle into a more grounded rhythm.An infinity pool nestled in the treetops becomes your private retreat, while the rooftop spa and yoga deck offer a front-row seat to vivid sunsets and endless starlit skies. Just a short walk from the quiet shores of Hermosa Beach.

You will be greeted by our private local transportation at Cobano Airport and brought directly to the retreat space.
This is a day to land. To exhale. To meet the other women and begin settling into the rhythm of the week.
We’ll gather in the evening for a welcome dinner and opening circle to set intentions for our time together.

On this day we focus on nourishing your body. Through guided practices, movement, and time to reset your nervous system, we begin by reconnecting with your physical vessel.

After opening the physical body, we go deeper into the emotional body.
This day is focused on identifying and clearing stored emotional patterns that may be unconsciously shaping your day to day life.

A day for expansion.
We shift from releasing into creating. Tuning into what you want to manifest and aligning your energy, choices, and direction with it. This is where new possibilities begin to take form.

We'll do our best to connect you with other participants who are looking to share a ride. However, all transportation arrangements are ultimately your responsibility.

We don’t offer payment plans. We do offer a 15% discount to BIPOC communities.
